HOANG TUAN MINH
On a trip to the Northwest Highlands of Vietnam, Minh first encountered a piece of Hmong brocade. It was both raw and powerful, woven from the spirit of the mountains and the quiet vitality of highland life. Driven by a desire to honor traditional craftsmanship while helping local artisans make a living, Minh founded Chạm Thổ Cẩm in 2025 and is now the Founder and Director. Under Minh’s leadership, Chạm Thổ Cẩm is more than just a business. It is a cultural journey that connects people to their heritage, empowers young people to embrace their ethnic identity, and connects traditional arts to modern life.
